We offer, on a limited as-available basis, weekly/monthly onsite classes in various types of yoga, strength training, boot camps, mobility coaching, posture dynamics, foam rolling, or many other workout modalities.

How do these differ from our Customized Workshops?

Our Customized Workshops are intended to be “how to” classes that teach the benefits, details and recommended guidelines on a specific topic.  So, for example, a Workshop on strength training would be a one-time class that teaches the health benefits of regular strength training, proper form and technique, how to structure a training regimen, what to eat before/after strength training, etc…

Our Fitness Classes are intended to be actual workout classes.  So, for example, a Fitness Class on strength training would be an instructor-led exercise class.
